Driftline (“the app,” “we,” “us”) is a fly-casting practice app. We built it to respect your privacy. In short: Driftline does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.

Information we collect

None. Driftline has no accounts, no login, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, or any usage data.

Motion & sensor data

Driftline reads your iPhone's motion sensors (accelerometer and gyroscope) to measure your casting motion in real time. This sensor data is used only on your device, only while you are practicing, and is never recorded, saved, or sent anywhere.

On-device settings

Your preferences (such as target angles, selected drill, and feedback options) are saved only on your device so the app remembers them between sessions. This information stays on your iPhone and is not transmitted to us or anyone else.

Email links

The app and this website include optional links to email the developer (for feedback or branding inquiries). If you choose to use them, your device's mail app opens a message addressed to shaun@flow-eze.com. Sending an email is entirely your choice, and any message goes directly to us — it is not processed by any automated system within the app.

Children's privacy

Driftline does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. The app is suitable for general audiences.

Third parties

Driftline does not share data with third parties because it does not collect any. The app contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above.
